Chapter III. Personnel

This chapter of the Handbook discusses policies and issues related to initiating, reviewing, and continuing appointments. This involves hiring, promotion, tenure review (for faculty), review for job security (academic staff), and possible termination. Chapter IV contains information such as orientation, benefits, retirement, joint governance appointments, and awards, related to employees.
